For a reduced fee payable from the sale of your property, you can use OA Real Estate to upload your property to the San Diego Multiple Listing service.  This means that your property is available to other real estate agents and brokers.  You will be in charge of the sale of your home which includes holding an "open house" for buyers, advertising your property in newspapers and magazines, and placing signage in/on your property to notify prospective buyers.

In the alternative, you can give OA Real Estate the responsibility to list, advertise and market your home to the California real estate community.  We will exercise every avenue available to market your home and achieve your goals.  Here is a simple checklist we use to market homes in the area:
